Here we go again, what does prompting the officers to shoot mean. Did he have his hands in the air with the gun in one of them to surrender it, or what. Sounds like another eric scott movie. I'll bet the camera in that area doesn't work either!!! Some pcysho california woman probably went running thru the store yelling he has a gun, he has a gun!!!! These people need to be arrested for disorderly conduct when they report a person who has a ccw or an off duty cop, especially when thier screaming frantically. You can bend over and sometimes your'e shirt will stick up exposing your'e weapon. I have found myself having to make adujustments in grocery stores before because of picking something off of the floor that someone had dropped and was to lazy to pick it up! The problem is, is I might have to defend that woman one day, along with my wife and myself if a criminal does come in a store and start shooting. If I do shoot a criminal I have to prove that he was a threat, I can see one of these anti gun screamers not backing me up as a witness even if I saved thier lives!!!! Some of them are nuts, they don't recognize off duty cops or ccw holders, just thier irrational fear!! They should be thanking god for the soldiers with guns who give them the right to walk around and live free.

Sorta vague details. I am concerned though as to the initial call that there was a man in a grocery store with a gun. Being that there are a lot of licensed CCW carriers in this city, it concerns me as to safety of those legally licensed persons if someone sees a weapon on a person. I just hope that there is more information that will come out on this story. I would hate for some off duty cop or CCW licensee to get shot for just wanting to get some steaks to throw on the BBQ.
