LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- Two men thought to be in their 20s are sought by Metro as suspects in a noontime murder of a man on East Harmon near UNLV.

The victim was 20 and was found in an alley in the 1500 block of East Harmon shortly before noon Friday. He was taken to Sunrise Hospital where he died.

Metro said witnesses told officers that the 20-year-old man was shot by suspects who were driving away from the scene in an older white SUV that was occupied by four males.

One of the suspects are described as a black adult man 25 to 30 years of age who wore dark clothing with a black hooded top. There was no description of his height or weight. The second suspect was described as a light-skinned black or Polynesian made between 20 and 30 years of age with dark braided shoulder-length hair. He was wearing dark jeans, a white hooded top and carried a handgun in his waistband. His height and weight are not known.

Detectives are also seeking a physical description of two males in the vehicle. The SUV was described as a 2002-2004 White Dodge Durango with Nevada plates and very dark tinted windows. The motive for the shooting is unknown.

The identity of the victim and the exact cause of death will be released by the Clark County coroner's office.

Anybody with information about the shooting is asked to call Metro's Homicide Section at (702) 828-3521 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers of Nevada at (702) 385-5555.

Does anyone proof read their stories anymore? I guess this is the new age of jounalism, just get it on the air and let the reader or listener figure it out. I am amazed at the low quality of reporting that takes place on the internet.
