HENDERSON – The Nevada State Contractors Board has added unlicensed contractor Manuel Cristales to its “Top 10 Most Wanted” list after a felony warrant was issued by the Justice Court of Reno Township in the amount of $15,000 for contracting without a license and diverting funds.

NSCB is requesting the assistance of the public to contact the Board or their local police department with any information on the whereabouts of Cristales.

Cristales is a white male, approximately 5-foot6, 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He operates under the business name Anthony Landscape and Design, drives a brown Toyota van with license plate number 973VUL, and has multiple tattoos, including the names of Selina, Anthony, Ashley and Leseth on his back.

Cristales is known for bidding landscaping projects in excess of $1,000 and also receiving payments from homeowners and abandoning projects without conducting any work.

Information on Manuel Cristales can be reported to the Board’s Offices in Henderson (702-486-1160) or Reno (775-850-7838).

One more point. If two years ago, I had posted a message claiming the Director Of the CIA would be caught cheating on his wife most people would have said that is nonsense. Current and former employees of the Department of Justice, and other agencies, steal from suspects. They have organized into a theft ring that uses former employees to plant evidence and current employees to enforce laws. Current D.O.J. employees then provide access to homes, business and autos of suspects by copying keys, stealing account information and gathering descriptions of items worth stealing that are held by fabricated suspects. Could be that Louis Freeh and now Robert Mueller and Asa Hutchinson had in their past, before being elevated to their positions, been involved in suspect theft crimes. No other description is worthy than "Organized Crime".

When buying jewelry always be watchful of the sales person. Watch for questions of your habits, times home, married/unmarried, room mates, dogs, etc... Former and currently employed Department of Justice employees who work at jewelry stores have been selling information about recent sales to theft rings that have been breaking into houses. Corrupt FBI and DEA impersonate legitimate law enforcement. Many of them steal, commit insurance fraud, skim evidence, extort perjury, threaten witnesses etc... DEA where also stealing drugs from evidence vaults and reselling them to cover extensive credit card debt.
