Vegas homicide suspects apprehended in New Orleans

Two people wanted in connection to the murder of Las Vegas resident Jason Byes have been arrested in New Orleans and are awaiting extradition to Las Vegas.

Is that the same as someone that Harasses, a form of Stalking ? You make it sound like a Husband and Wife that aren't quite getting alone, rather than a Homicide / Murder.
