Arrest made in connection to Fremont Street fatal shooting

LAS VEGAS (KNSV MyNews3) – A man has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting Friday night on Fremont Street.

Detectives from Metro’s Criminal Apprehension Team arrested Dustin Bleak, 25, of Las Vegas on Monday morning in connection with this incident.

Bleak was transported to the Clark County Detention Center and is facing charges of murder with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery, and sale of a controlled substance.

Dale Allen Borero, 40, of Las Vegas was found in a parking in the 2800 block of Fremont Street lot with an apparent gunshot wound to his abdomen around 9:35 p.m. He was transported to UMC Trauma, where he was later pronounced deceased.

The Criminal Apprehension Team is a multijurisdictional task force comprised of detectives from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Henderson Police Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
