Helicopter rotor strikes ground at McCarran; no injuries

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – A helicopter rotor struck the ground this morning at McCarran International Airport.

Clark County Department of Aviation Public Information Officer Christine Crews said a Sundance Helicopter was involved, and the accident occurred near its operations. The call came in at 8:15 a.m.

Sundance CEO Bob Engelbrecht said two people were involved in the training flight. There were no injuries.
