LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – The Clark County coroner’s office says that the body recovered Wednesday from Lake Mead was a Creech Air Force Base airman who presumably drowned last summer.

The body of Antonio Tucker, 29, was recovered by Earth Resource Group, a Las Vegas-based search and recovery organization, which obtained a permit to search for him.

The group began its search Monday and detected a body Tuesday. National Park Service and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officials planned to recover the body then, but strong winds postponed efforts.
