LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a man suspected of an armed robbery of two businesses near Charleston Boulevard.

According to a Metro news release, the suspect entered one business Aug. 21, produced a black semi-automatic handgun and robbed the establishment near Charleston and Marion Drive. The same person also is suspected of another business Sept. 12 in the area of Charleston and Nellis boulevards.

The suspect is described as a white male adult in his mid-20s, 5-foot-6 to 6-0, weighing about 180 to 200 pounds. In the second incident, the suspect was wearing a black cap with a Lakers logo, black, long-sleeve shirt and dark pants.

Tips directly leading to an arrest or an indictment processed through Crime Stoppers may result in a cash reward.
