LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- A man who is facing several charges related to human trafficking, prostitution and pandering a child, had set up the “Rules of the Game” for his victims, according to the arrest report.

Khaleef Wilson, 24, was arrested June 12 and remains in the Clark County Detention Center. The rules were described to police by a 17-year-old victim.

The victim was so young, investigators say they found school paperwork in an area home.

Her name was hidden in an arrest report, as she is a minor, but the details of how she was forced to work are laid out.

Wilson, according to the report, brought her to Boulder Highway to work as a prostitute. The first night, the teen was given the Rules of the Game.

Among them:

-- Don't talk to other black men. The detective who wrote the report says that because most prostitutes believe other black men may be pimps.

-- Walk on the sides of the casino to be noticed more.

-- Check in if she caught a date.

-- And she was taught how to look out for vice or Metro's team that works sex crimes. In order not to get caught, watch for those that name prices and those that don't drink alcoholic beverages.

Not described in the rules were the consequences. The arrest report says Wilson violently beat her. It’s a painful story that police say victims live through over and over.

A judge decides June 28 whether there is enough evidence against Wilson to go to trial.
