Friday, February 1st marks the Chinese New Year, "Year of the Horse".  Nobody celebrates this better here in Las Vegas than the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens at the Bellagio.  Their seasonal decorations are second to none and they've really outdone themselves this time!  A must-see for Chinese, locals and visitors alike, it's best seen at night when the spectacular lighting effects can be fully appreciated.  It's fairly dark, though, and while your smart phone will work, a camera on tripod would be best.
