Mark White’s kinetic wind sculptures will grace the Springs Preserve Botanical Gardens beginning this February. Designed by the artist to encourage self-reflection, the sculptures whimsically move with the winds.
They are precisely balanced to respond to the lightest of winds, yet strong enough to withstand 100 mph winds.
Visitors to the exhibit will be able to relax and contemplate nature and art, while the Springs Preserve Botanical Gardens bloom around them. Exhibit on display daily Feb. 9 - Sept. 30, 2013. Free for members or included with paid general admission. For more information, call 702-822-7700.
